Bee Sweet Occasions Terms and conditions:

Hire goods will always remain the property of the company (Bee Sweet Occasions).
​
The hire period will commence from the time of delivery and will terminate following collection of the hire goods.
​
During the entirety of the hire period, the customer will be responsible for the safe keeping of the hire goods and for keeping the goods in the same condition in which they were delivered.
​
The customer is responsible for any loss or damage caused to the hire goods and will be charged for any repair or refurbishment work necessary.
​
In the event of the total loss or irreparable damage to any hire goods, for whatever reason, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the goods. It is the customers responsibility to arrange insurance against this risk.
​
A delivery charge may apply depending on location. The initial twenty miles of DE14 will be free of charge. £1.00 per mile will be charged thereafter.
​
All hire charges quoted are per one day of hire. Other hire periods are available on request.
​
A non- refundable deposit is due on confirmation of booking.
​
Full payment is due 1 week before the hire date.
​
Acceptance of the quotation constitutes an order being placed and is subject to the following cancellation fees:

More than 7 days before the event 25% of invoice value

Within 7 days of the event 50% of invoice value

Within 2 days of the event 100% of invoice value

Payment in part or full of any contract to supply goods shall be deemed as full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
​
We arrange delivery, set up and collection to all our customers. Our items should not be moved. If the light up letters, bubbles wall or ten-foot blossom trees are to be moved during the hire period, the event company or customer must contact us and ask for them to be moved. A charge may apply.
